With a drizzle of cream and crispy croutons, served with a chunk of bloomer.

With a fig, cranberry & date chutney and crisp toast.

With a chunk of white bloomer.

FESTIVE HOMEMADE NACHOS*

Topped with chopped pigs in blankets, spicy cheese sauce, cranberry IPA BBQ sauce and crumbled stuffing.

HOT PRAWN COCKTAIL *

Patagonian prawn pan-fried in a garlic & herb glaze, Atlantic prawns in warm Marie Rose sauce and lemon served with a chunk of bloomer.

With goose fat roasted potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, roasted carrots, buttered sprouts, braised red cabbage, stuffing, pig in blanket, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

Served with triple-cooked gourmet chips, an onion ring, grilled cherry tomatoes, dressed watercress and steak ketchup.

RAINBOW VEGETABLE TART (vg)

Beetroot, sweet potato, butternut squash, onion and spinach in a tomato passata sauce with fennel, smoked paprika and cumin, bound in pastry and finished with rosemary. Served with seasonal vegetables, roasted baby potatoes and a tomato sauce.

FESTIVE BURGER *

Chargrilled beef patty topped with a 3oz sausage patty, with crispy streaky bacon, melted Brie and cranberry IPA BBQ sauce. Served with sea salt & rosemary fries and sprout slaw.
